This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information in connection with chemsure.com.au and our contract manufacturing and related business services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act, e.g. health information) unless it is directly relevant to a specific product formulation request and you have provided it voluntarily.

  • Third-party service providers, such as IT hosting providers, payment processors, courier and logistics companies, and accounting/bookkeeping services, engaged to help us operate our business.
  • Related entities, including Labsure Pty Ltd and FormulationAnalysis LLC (our related US-based analytical services entity), where necessary to coordinate services across our business.
  • Regulatory or government bodies, where required or authorised by law.
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountants or lawyers, where necessary.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Overseas Disclosure

Some of the personal information we collect may be stored, accessed, or processed overseas, including in China (where our laboratory partner and support colleague are based) and in the United States (in connection with FormulationAnalysis LLC, our related entity servicing the US market).

Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps, consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8, to ensure that overseas recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs, including through contractual or confidentiality arrangements. However, you should be aware that not all overseas jurisdictions have privacy laws equivalent to Australia’s, and by providing us with personal information, you consent to this overseas handling as described in this Privacy Policy.
